you must have heard much about Hyper-V. Yes, it is HyperVisor, the most important component in your Virtualization solution.
It surfaced in July 08 when we released Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008. There has been a huge wave sweeping across IT Pro and seeing how they can abuse Hyper-V and increase their hardware utilization. On this page, i would like to show you the next upcoming, Hyper-V Server.
Yes, Hyper-V Server. It will not be under the Windows umbrella. It won't be Windows 2008 Hyper-V. It is Hyper-V Server. No Windows branding at all.
Hyper-V is a dedicated OS on its own, meant for hosting Hyper-V virtual machines.
